Turning to the subtle ecologies of the body and mind, the performance space approached as a somatic interior, audience enter space live with sound mediated from Whitehead's heart and lungs, who lies outside the space. As dancer Tashi Iwaoka takes 20 minutes to move from horizontal to vertical Barnaby Oliver mixes digeridoo within this cardiovascular soundscape. Ends with Iwaoka walking slowly from the space, audience member switches off sound.
Audience responses were on a physical and emotional level; a meditative state; at times a kind of anxious, cellular flux, but ultimately resulting in a collective contemplation on the interiority of the body.
